Ah Yat Abalone (阿一鲍鱼) specializes in serving deluxe Chinese cuisine such as sharks-fin, abalone, seafood and Hong Kong style dim sum prepared by the top chefs from Hong Kong.
As of to date the Group has operated more than 20 restaurant chains in Asia Pacific. Ah Yat Abalone launched their first two restaurants in Beijing Jianquomenwei and Beijing New Century Hotel in China since 1994 and expanded to Shanghai in 1995.
In Malaysia their 1st outlet in Kuala Lumpur and 2nd outlet in Genting Highlands were both established since 2001.
